HIDDEN HEALTH DAMNATIONS

MADE PUBLIC ON: MAY 23, 2025

I have found that with all the things of this modern world that silently effects our health has been capturing the entire attention of influencing my health positively rather than proper exercise. There would be all the regular things, soy lecithin, pollution, other preservative, processed and unnatural sunflower, vegetable, and canola oils, BPA, fluoride, mild radiation, and many other things you hear about on the internet and ponder if this is some sort of conspiracy that is affecting your health in a much more serious way than it seems. I seem to spend a lot more effort trying to avoid these things rather than actually trying to build muscle or do cardio, activities that would easily detox these things quickly.

There's been a few times I've gotten very frustrated, going out of my way so much just to not have my phone in my pocket when I'm not using airplane mode (that stops the radiation) and finding that I so often misplace my phone because of this, not having a consistent place to put it. From this also comes the worry of the incapability of these side effects of modern things, that these dramatized effects are having hidden stunted effects on the proper working order of my body.

This all comes from the places I would spend on the internet as a teenager. Places that would constantly tell us of dropping testosterone and sperm counts and connecting something like soy or hydrogenated oils to this. This led so an obsession that I could have much better physical traits that go beyond any limits of my gene pool if I simply cared about these things since no one else did. Instead of focusing on something that is actually shown to produce results (exercise), I was just mindful about doing things like drinking from a reusable water bottle and trying to use olive oil the few times I cooked.

It is lazy and exercise would do a much better job. As I grow older and lord wills me to give a family, now I have little people to guard from the toxics elements of this modern world. I hope to do this without being completely obsessive about what we come into contact with. It is scary thinking of trying to find a balance with that, because of the paranoia of sacrificing excess safety for freedom.

Plastic
The plastic stuff is quite scary, there are visible and recordable health effects concerning how things like BPA and how plastic can break down into microplastics that enter your body. Though you can detox and find ways to avoid these things, what scares me is the lack of knowledge about it. I feel heated plastic on my hand and feel like it's entering through my skin. I frequently find my mom doing this kind of stuff too, carelessly microwaving something while it's in its store bought plastic bag. Don't want to be annoying, though. It is concerning to look at how BPA affects us, all sorts of mysterious endocrine issues.

Plastic is ironically such an insanely hard material to get rid of. There is much design in how different things have pros and cons. Plastic is extremely convenient and has changed human life on a mass scale forever, but it stays around forever. Plastic, on a microscopic scale, is absolutely everywhere, doing or touching pretty much anything results in some sort of chemical contact with plastics and therefore any health obscurities associated with it, even in a minor sense. Something basic like being a cashier greatly affects how much BPA is in your body. Touching receipts. This sounds ridiculous, it's practically impossible to avoid, it's even in our water! It is quite easy to detox from, though (I've heard).

Fluoride
Speaking of water, the conspiracy theory that fluoride in the water affects your bones and intelligence and all these other things is an uncertain thing for me. I try not to drink water directly from the tap but will if I don't have another easy option I simply will. This one is obscure enough that I don't care enough.

Hydrogenated Oils
I am always concerned about this one. Whenever you want to eat practically anything that is prepared in a factory and is not a raw ingredient, it always has at least one of the bad oils in there. Canola oil, for example, is technically not originally supposed to be eaten by humans, it is from the rapeseed plant which is quite inedible and seems to be very inflammatory to the human body. You would think it comes from something such as the canola plant, but no, there is no such thing as the canola plant. Canola is a made up word, simply meaning Canada because it is grown in the Canadian prairie provinces and 'ola' meaning oil. They modified it to make it edible and then grew it on a massive scale and put it in practically every food that we would want to eat. It is much cheaper than better oils such as olive oil, which makes it very appealing to people, but it is very processed and seems to cause uncertain side effects in people. I do not trust it and would much rather use butter (never margarine) or something like olive oil. I try to avoid it when I can, but sometimes it is impossible.

There are all types of cheap refined oils like this that are similarly problematic such as vegetable oil, peanut oil, corn oil, palm oil, sunflower seed oil and more. Maybe the human body was not designed to eat the oil form of things. Wonder why people are more allergic to things now and have strange afflictions to their bodily systems? It's almost like crushing and refining things into other different, random things isn't the best thing for us.

Soy
This one is similar to fluoride for me, as there is so much speculation and conspiracy about it, but I won't desperately try to avoid it. It's obviously easier to avoid than tap water, meaning I won't go out of my way to buy soy products when I can easily buy things without soy, but if it is an uncommon scenario where I am eating something that contains soy lecithin or something, I won't completely avoid it. The idea is that soy sort of mimics estrogen which is leading to falling testosterone rates in men and people are doing this on purpose to make men more willing to submit to authoritative powers and less likely to rebel against what they do not like. This theory makes sense and is believable, but I won't go out of my way to defend it.

Conspiracy and Speculation
All these things can have the same conspiracy placed behind them, that the effects of plastic or oils or anything else is intentionally afflicted on people to purposely weaken us. I am very uncertain about seriously considering this. It seems that these things became convenient for manufacturers and were simply pushed for monetary reasons, rather than being pushed solely for the effects they have on people. I used to be much more passionate about conspiracy theories that followed this train of thought, but have sort of been halted in recent times by thinking about things differently. I think that in the grand scheme, these things are all vanity, and it's just another byproduct of sin that will be overcome. I can't care too much about my body and what I'm putting into it, as my body is a decaying body and is falling apart anyways. There is a good balance between maintaining your body and being able to comfortably live life without always being in fear and speculation of what you are doing.

Phone
The radiation given off by a smartphone through Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and other features seems to be having effects on people as well. I've seen images of breasts scan of women showing cancerous sort of stuff because they would store their phone there. It makes me kind of concerned storing my phone in my pocket, with how many precious organs are in that area. With that, I would turn on airplane mode to block all the waves coming in and out of my phone so I could keep it on me without worry. I did this with ease until I started my new job where I am now required to have my phone with me the whole day, on so I can receive call or texts from my supervisors if they need something from me. This meant that I couldn't use airplane mode, and I would have to simply do what normal people do all the time. It is hard to see a difference with any of these things due to how hidden the effects can seem. I'll try not to sleep with my phone or purposely keep it close, but if I am working, then I sort of have no option. I sort of also do not care enough about this to put serious effort to act against it.

Everyone Else Is Doing these Things...
Everyone seems to be eating these oils all the time with little worry, heating up their plastic containers in the microwave when eating their lunch at work, having their smartphone in their pocket all the time, drinking water from the tap and just eating anything that is their with little concern, and they all seem to be doing fine. Me wasting time trying to avoid these things seems to have zero effect on my life, and I am constantly unsure as I mature more and more through my life whether it's even worth it. I can only take so much precaution before it becomes a burden, so I think it's probably the best option to prioritize exercise to keep my body fighting against these toxins while also taking basic measures against these things without putting on a tin foil hat.

In high school I used to have so much more energy, being overly passionate about things like soy and conspiracies and privacy and all these things but life only moves faster and faster. The more I try and stick with these things I was passionate about, the more I seem to fall behind and distance myself from a 'normal' person. When it comes to children in a family scenario, then I see these passions become reignited out of protection for them. There is no easy way out of things, the most obvious answer, regular judgment and proper exercise, is simply the best option. Avoiding soy products and keeping my phone in my backpack on airplane mode won't make me a superhuman, but only help bodily systems that I do not even put the effort in to strengthen. I'll go to snack on a bunch of cookies and other things and then only eat my lunches out of glass containers and live in the illusion that I am being unhealthy.

If I just find time a few times a week to do some basic exercises, try to avoid heated or single use plastics through what I allow in my possession, try to make my own food in a frugal way rather than resorting to easy premade options, not be attached to my smartphone all the time, and generally live in an honest and hardworking way, things will turn out just fine. It is designed wonderfully so that those who try authentically to confront overly convenient ways will naturally (at least somewhat) avoid bad things such as BPA, bad oils, etc. Just hold a basic judgment of the world around you and find observations about how God wants you to use your body based on how our bodies have responded to our sinful world. Simple, simple.

Yes, fertility and rates for certain hormones are going down worldwide. Yes, this is a bad thing. Can I do basic things to prevent it personally? I can reduce it, but not completely stop it. Is it completely in my control? No. Can I be mindful of it? Yes. We should not just find substitutions for everything but live authentically and be in touch with reality. I don't know what I know for sure except that God permitted these things to happen and that these problems look really pathetic in the grand scheme of God's universe and what is actually important in our lives. Its hard to care about things that actually matter nowadays...

When you begin to break the matrix and see how the world really works, it is crazy. Started plamaxxing and have been on that hydro-oil grind for about one month now and it has works wonders on my endocrine system. Every morning I start my day by collecting the plastic garbage from the previous day, granola bar wrappers, other packaging, etc. and I put it in a large pot of water and boil it to perfection to provide a proper means of hydration for the day. I've seen wonderful results in my health because of this. I also lather all my foods in canola oil. Life is so awesome...
